It is with immense pride and heartfelt joy that I welcome you all to ROSACON 2026, the 37th Annual Conference of the Rajasthan Orthopaedic Surgeons’ Association.

This year, our theme — "One ROSA, One Family: Learning, Growing, Caring" — reflects not just a vision, but a commitment. A commitment to grow together as a united community of orthopaedic professionals, to continuously learn from one another, and to uphold the spirit of compassion that defines our noble profession.

In a world that is rapidly evolving, the strength of ROSA lies in our unity. I believe that when we come together — as learners, mentors, colleagues, and friends — we create a culture where excellence thrives, knowledge is shared generously, and innovation flourishes.
